The Youth Reporters Corps

最少年记者团（Youth Reporters Corps）由 Xiang Li、Caillou Wang 和 Yoyo Hao 于2022年10月共同发起成立，是一个以青少年为核心的新闻采访与媒体实践团队，致力于通过专业采访与新闻报道服务亚裔社区、传播多元文化，并培养年轻人的社会责任感与领导力。

自成立以来，记者团已累计参与和报道超过100场社区活动，其中包括50多场具有代表性的大型亚裔社区活动。完成200多条青少年原创新闻视频报道，已制作数百分钟新闻剪辑内容，并在微信视频号、YouTube、小红书等平台累计获得超过100万次浏览量，对大波士顿亚裔社区产生了积极而广泛的影响。

记者团成员主要由10至18岁的青少年组成。我们希望通过真实的新闻采访与媒体实践，帮助年轻人提升沟通能力、团队协作能力、领导力、新闻洞察力以及跨文化交流能力，从而更深入地了解社会、服务社区，并增强年轻一代对公共事务的参与意识。

近年来，越来越多的青少年和家庭志愿者持续加入我们的团队，形成了良好的社区参与和传承氛围。未来，我们计划邀请更多专业媒体导师和新闻从业者，为成员提供更系统的采访、拍摄、剪辑与主持培训。同时，我们也将继续招募更多志同道合的年轻人，组建更多采访小组，培养新一代青年媒体人。

我们希望通过青少年视角记录社区故事，传播亚裔文化，搭建社区沟通桥梁，推动亚裔社区更好地融入美国主流社会，并持续为社区带来积极影响。我们也真诚期待得到更多社区伙伴的认可与支持。
